Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Product Designer (Accessories) with a strong background in designing lifestyle and furniture accessories such as lamps, handles, mirrors, décor objects, and complementary pieces. The candidate will play a key role in expanding Alankaram’s design portfolio beyond core furniture, helping us strengthen our offering to architects, hospitality professionals, and high-end residential clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, design, and develop innovative home decor accessories and lifestyle products aligned with Alankaram’s design language.
• Create detailed sketches, 3D models, and technical drawings for prototyping and production.
• Collaborate with the in-house design and production teams to ensure feasibility, material efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
• Research global design trends, materials, and finishes to keep the accessory line competitive and fresh.
• Oversee sampling, testing, and refinement of prototypes before final approval.
• Work closely with marketing and merchandising teams to create collections suitable for premium retail and hospitality projects.
• Maintain design consistency and quality across all accessory lines.
