🚀 We’re Hiring | Generative AI Lead / Principal Engineer

Are you passionate about building cutting-edge Generative AI and LLM solutions that shape the future of intelligent automation?

We’re looking for an experienced AI leader to drive innovation, architecture, and deployment of large-scale AI systems.

🔹 Role : Generative AI Lead / Principal Engineer

🔹 Experience : 10–12 years

🔹 Employment Type : Full-Time (FTE)

🔹 Location : Remote

🔹 Notice Period : Immediate / up to 20 days

🔧 Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Leadership : Define the AI vision, technical direction, and best practices for the Generative AI team.
  • AI Strategy & Roadmap : Identify and execute high-impact use cases for AI-driven transformation.
  • Model Development : Design, build, and deploy advanced generative and large language models (LLMs).
  • Multimodal AI : Integrate text, image, and 3D data for intelligent, automated workflows.
  • Scalable Systems : Build and optimize large-scale data pipelines and ML training workflows.
  • Cloud & MLOps : Train, deploy, and scale models using AWS and modern MLOps tools.
  • Collaboration : Work cross-functionally with engineering, product, and business teams.
  • Mentorship : Coach and upskill ML / AI engineers on design, architecture, and best practices.
  • Research : Stay ahead of the curve with the latest advancements in Generative AI and multimodal learning.

🎓 Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s in CS / ML / AI or related field (Master’s / PhD preferred).
  • 5+ years’ experience in ML / Data Science, with a focus on Generative AI, LLMs, or Computer Vision.
  • Expertise in Transformer-based models (GPT, VLMs, etc.).
  • Experience with multimodal datasets (text, image, 3D).
  • Strong coding skills in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, NumPy, pandas.
  • Deep understanding of probability, statistics, and optimization.
  • Hands-on with AWS, CI / CD, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
