Job Title : PowerBI Lead

Location : Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune

Work Mode : Hybrid

Job Type : Full-Time

Shift Timings : 2 : 00 - 11 : 00 PM

Years Of Experience : 9 - 15 years

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Power BI Tech Lead to drive the design, development, and deployment of business intelligence solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Power BI , SQL , SSRS , and Report Builder , with a strong ability to lead BI initiatives and mentor junior developers.

Lead the end-to-end development of Power BI dashboards and reports.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Design and optimize complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL).
Develop and maintain SSRS reports and Report Builder solutions.
Ensure data accuracy, performance, and scalability of BI solutions.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to the BI development team.
Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and ensure best practices in BI development.
Stay updated with the latest BI technologies and trends to continuously improve reporting capabilities.

Skills and Qualifications :

5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence and Data Analytics.

2+ years of Healthcare experience to understand data models, attributes etc…

Expert-level proficiency in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, data modeling).

Strong hands-on experience with SQL (complex queries, stored procedures, performance tuning).

Proficiency in SSRS and Report Builder .

Experience with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Ability to lead and mentor a team of BI developers.
