Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organisation :

Global Business Services (GBS) aims to provide globally unified services based on standardized and automated solutions across different functions and markets. This will enable us to drive operational efficiency, quality services, improved agility and better decision-making whilst reducing complexity and workload.

Customer Lifecycle ensures all Customer and Price related data is maintained accurately in SAP. The team maintains and sets up all master data for Customers and Price and communicate data and process requirements where required. The team assist in systems or process initiatives relating to master data and well as performing ad hoc analysis.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide clear and mindful processing of Customer Data Accounts.
• Serve as the domain expert in discussions and / or for initiatives requiring Master Data content, policies, and processes.
• Develop, recommend, and maintain the policies, work processes, and process controls such that the data required to create and maintain Customer data are delivered error-free.
• Manage the Master Data team's interaction with a wide portfolio of markets across EU, NAM and LAM.
• Other duties as vital in the effective performance of the role or as advised by the business's customers.
