Tasks / Responsibilities :
- Delivering a meticulous and streamlined administrative service / SSR.
- Dedicated to the precise management of data entry, meticulous data cleansing, and rigorous quality control of client and business partner information.
- Executing submission logging duties with precision, while also playing a pivotal role in achieving a seamless month-end close process.
- By meticulously managing policy data, implementing robust quality controls, and fostering collaboration across teams.
- Processing daily transactions as per the targets set by the process
- Exhibit the ability to manage and accommodate change effectively self and within the team proactively
- Follow all the policies outlined by the organisation
- Organize / participate in various divisional level and organization level activities and initiatives.
- Ensuring on-time Weekly / Monthly reporting as required
- Liaising with other departments as necessary
- Engage in both process-oriented and personal skill enhancement trainings, while staying informed about industry updates.

Educational Qualification : Graduation in any disciplinePrevious work experience in relevant industry (not mandatory)Moderate to Excellent Computer skills; ability to work in MS Office systems is an added advantage.Good analytical skills, decision making, attention to detail, and business process orientationMust be flexible to work in different shifts
