About the Role :
We are seeking enthusiastic, early-career individuals to join our 18-month Behavioral Therapy Cultural Exchange Program, focused on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and preparing for the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification. This U.S.-based program offers a unique pathway for international psychology, education, and special education students or recent graduates to gain supervised clinical training while engaging in a meaningful cultural exchange.

About the Program :
We are excited to launch an international internship / trainee initiative under the U.S. Department of State's J-1 Visa Program . This pilot program offers recent graduates or final-year students in Psychology, Education, or Special Education from outside the USA an opportunity to receive hands-on training and practical internship experience as Behavioral Technicians (BTs) in the United States.
Participants will complete the 40-hour RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) course virtually before arrival and will receive supervision and structured training while working directly with individuals with developmental needs.
