Your Role

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and technically proficient Unity Lead Engineer . This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in Unity development and user interface design, who can lead the creation of intuitive, accessible, and visually compelling user experiences for maritime digital twin applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop intuitive user interfaces for digital twin simulations using Unity.
• Lead the implementation of user journey flows and ensure usability across the platform.
• Collaborate with UX / UI designers to translate wireframes and prototypes into functional interfaces.
• Ensure compliance with accessibility standards and best practices.
• Integrate 3D visualization and simulation components using Unity and optionally NVIDIA Omniverse.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to align UI / UX with product and engineering goals.
• Participate in agile development processes and contribute to sprint planning and reviews.

Your Profile

Strong engineering background with 10–12 years of experience in UI / UX and Unity development.

Proven experience in Digital Twin technologies , preferably in maritime or industrial domains.

Proficiency in :

C#

Unity

Experience with wireframing and design tools :

Figma

Adobe XD

Strong understanding of :

User journey mapping

Accessibility standards

Maritime user interface design

Familiarity with :

NVIDIA Omniverse (nice-to-have)

Agile development methodologies

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
