Job Summary :

We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce Technical Lead to spearhead the design, development, and implementation of robust Salesforce solutions across our organization. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in the Salesforce ecosystem, a strong background in software development, and proven leadership skills to guide and mentor a team of developers. You will be responsible for translating complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions, ensuring best practices are followed, and driving continuous innovation.

Key Responsibilities : Architecture & Development :

• Lead the design and architecture of scalable, secure, and resilient Salesforce solutions.
• Oversee the development and customization of Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components, ensuring code quality and adherence to best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and transform them into technical specifications and solutions.
• Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and other internal or third-party systems using MuleSoft, REST / SOAP APIs,

or similar integration technologies.
