What You’ll Be Doing

Write, test, and deploy production-ready code.
Take ownership of user stories end-to-end — from design through release.
Work closely with product managers, designers, and peers to shape and ship features quickly.
Participate in sprint ceremonies, demos, and code reviews.
Debug issues, improve performance, and continuously raise code quality.
Contribute to improving engineering practices, standards, and developer experience.

Required Experience & Skills

Hands-on experience building and maintaining modern web applications in an agile environment.

Proficiency in at least one of the main stacks :

Front-end :

React

TypeScript

GraphQL

Modern JavaScript (ES6+)

Back-end :

Node.js

NestJS

TypeScript

REST APIs

MongoDB

AWS services (Lambda, ECS, SQS, DynamoDB, etc.)

Experience using Git, CI / CD pipelines, and modern development tooling to build and ship real-world software.

Strong debugging skills and the ability to solve problems end-to-end.

Experience working successfully in distributed / remote teams — proactive communication, asking the right questions, staying aligned.

Reliable remote setup : high-speed internet and a good-quality audio / headset for calls and pairing sessions.

Note : More important than specific framework experience is strong JavaScript fundamentals, problem-solving ability, and willingness to learn new technologies quickly.
