Role Overview :

We are seeking a litigation and arbitration associate for our Kolkata office.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing court appearances, drafting pleadings, and handling arbitration proceedings.

This role demands strong legal acumen, courtroom confidence, and the ability to work independently within a structured team environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Represent clients before High Courts, District Courts, Tribunals, and Arbitral Forums
• Draft and review pleadings, written statements, petitions, applications, and arbitration claims
• Conduct legal research and prepare case strategies in coordination with senior counsel
• Liaise with clients, experts, and external counsel to ensure timely and effective case management
• Assist in enforcement of arbitral awards and execution proceedings
• Maintain accurate case records and contribute to internal knowledge systems
