In this role, you’ll own the full recruitment lifecycle, sourcing, screening, coordinating, and closing, while designing creative strategies to meet ambitious hiring targets. If you love the challenge of achieving big goals in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you!

What You’ll Do

Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for mass hiring requirements

Source, screen, and process candidates quickly to meet volume hiring targets

Build innovative sourcing strategies to attract large candidate pools

Coordinate interviews and selection with hiring managers

Track recruitment activities via ATS or recruitment databases

Ensure a smooth and engaging candidate experience throughout the process

Partner with stakeholders to align recruitment priorities and hiring needs

What We’re Looking For

2–3 years of proven experience in BPO mass hiring

Strong record of meeting or exceeding recruitment quotas

Expertise in sourcing techniques for high-volume hiring

Skilled in end-to-end recruitment within the BPO sector

Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills

Results-driven, proactive, and thrives under pressure
