Job description

KEY SKILLS :

  • 8+ years of hands-on experience in AI, GenAI, and data automation , with a proven track record of delivering production-grade solutions at scale
  • Led 3–4 member teams delivering scalable solutions using Python, SQL, and advanced ML / NLP techniques. Architected GenAI-driven systems with LLM integration, focusing on automation, hooks, and intelligent data modeling .
  • Strong mandate in GenAI strategy, implementation, and solution design.
  • Deep expertise in LLMs and GenAI techniques (e.g., prompt engineering, fine-tuning, RAG architectures, evaluation frameworks, conversational AI, classification, summarization)
  • Advanced Python and SQL skills for building scalable AI and automation pipelines
  • Strong background in automation and applied analytics, ideally in tax, finance, or highly regulated industries
  • Experience deploying AI in cloud-based data environments (e.g., Snowflake, dbt, Airflow, Databricks)
  • Ability to translate complex AI capabilities into intuitive, high-impact tools for non-technical users
  • Strong communication and leadership skills—you can influence at all levels, from hands-on teams to executives
  • Strong Communication & Clarity of Thought
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly explain complex projects, methodologies, and outcomes.
  • Can articulate the business problems being solved , the rationale behind chosen approaches, and the impact of delivered solutions in a structured and concise manner.

Model Selection & Justification

  • Demonstrates the ability to evaluate and select models by considering cost, scalability, and computational efficiency .
  • Capable of reasoning why a particular model or Gen AI technique was applied over alternatives, balancing accuracy, business value, and resource trade-offs .

    • Strategic Guidance on Gen AI Best Practices

  • Hands-on experience in advising organizations on best practices for leveraging Generative AI tools .
  • Provides thought leadership in areas such as prompt engineering, fine-tuning, data preparation, model evaluation, and responsible AI usage .
  • Ensures compliance with ethical AI guidelines, governance, and data privacy considerations .

    • Cross-functional Collaboration & Leadership

  • Works closely with business stakeholders to translate business challenges into AI-driven solutions .
  • Guides developers and data scientists on designing, building, and deploying scalable Gen AI or data science solutions .
  • Plays a mentorship role, fostering skill development within the team.

    • Proven Hands-on Experience (optional to include if relevant)

  • Experience in implementing advanced AI / ML techniques such as large language models (LLMs), NLP, multimodal AI, or reinforcement learning.
  • Track record of delivering projects that demonstrate measurable business impact through Generative AI.
