TOTAL NO OF WORK EXPERIENCE : Fresher to 1 year - Accounts

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION : A Bachelor's degree in Commerce (BCOM), Accounting and Finance (BAF), or Management Studies (BMS).

REPORTING TO :  HEAD – CORPORATE VERTICAL

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Fresher to join our team. As a Finance / Accounting / Management Trainee, you will have the opportunity to work with our experienced professionals in corporate vertical and gain valuable industry insights while contributing to the organization's success.

Job Description :

As a Fresher in the Finance / Accounting / Management team, you will :

• Assist in day-to-day accounting and financial operations, including maintaining ledgers, journals, and financial records.
• Support the preparation of financial statements, reports, and reconciliations.
• Analyze financial data and assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Work closely with senior managers to understand business strategies, financial performance, and management reporting.
• Handle administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, and data entry.
• Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and spreadsheets for various departments.
• Assist in preparing tax documents, handling invoicing, and supporting the accounts payable / receivable teams.
• Participate in process improvement projects, ensuring financial and operational efficiency.
