Marketing & Communication Manager – Ankita Dharman (Fashion Brand)

Location : DN Nagar / Bandra Mumbai (In‑office, Mon‑Fri)

About Ankita Dharman

Founded in 2021, Ankita Dharman fuses western silhouettes with vibrant prints to create wearable, feel‑good fashion for the modern global woman. Our studio—repurposed school space with warm lights, plants, a terrace and a love for music—reflects the brand’s creative, collaborative spirit.

The Role -

We’re looking for a storyteller who can amplify our voice across every external channel. You’ll drive social‑media strategy, forge influencer partnerships, and lead visual storytelling to spark demand for our collections.

Key Responsibilities-

  • Design & execute social‑media campaigns that turn ideas into compelling visual narratives.
  • Manage end‑to‑end influencer collaborations and overall communications.
  • Coordinate brand photoshoots (photographers, stylists, makeup artists).
  • Secure collaborations with multi‑designer stores, celebrities, influencers & PR agencies
  • Liaise with the website team for VM updates, product uploads & maintenance.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2‑5 years of fashion / lifestyle marketing experience (a portfolio of Instagram‑centric work is a must).
  • Strong design sense, typography skills and a solid grasp of all major social platforms.
  • Proven copywriting ability and an active, metrics‑driven personal / social presence.
  • Proactive, excellent communicator who thrives in a hands‑on, growth‑focused environment.

  • ₹3.5 L – ₹5 L CTC per annum (INR 30‑42 k  /  month) for the 2‑5 year experience bracket, with performance‑linked bonuses.
