Business Development Executive (Real Estate / Commercial / Industrial)
Location : Mumbai / Pune
Key Responsibilities (Mention responsibilities applicable to the position. Add rows if needed)
- Experience in Business development preferably for Private customers.
- Experience in Key account management
- Planning and formation of strategy to increase market penetration in Southern region in private sector for PMC, QA / QC and TPI services
- Experience in handling customers from the sectors like Real Estate / Commercial / Industrial etc.
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives. Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events on behalf of an organization
- Proficient in handling techno – commercial negotiations, preparation of cost sheets
- Experience with PMC / TPI Companies will be given preference
- Ready to travel across India
Additional Knowledge / Skills (If any)
Develop positive direct relationships with key business contacts. Scheduling workload to meet priorities and targets & developing new segment or portfolio depends upon market requirement.
Education
Total Experience : 2 to 4 years
B. Tech (Civil) is must, MBA / Post Graduation would be plus
