About the Role :

One of our U.S.-based clients is looking for an experienced Splunk Monitoring Engineer to join their global technology team on a 12-month remote contract. The ideal candidate will be located in India and must be able to work U.S. Eastern Time (EST) hours. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to enterprise-scale monitoring, observability, and incident management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, implement, and manage monitoring solutions using Splunk Enterprise and Splunk Observability Cloud.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, alerts, and reports for real-time visibility and performance tracking.
• Integrate ServiceNow ITOM with monitoring tools to streamline incident response and operational workflows.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and DevOps teams to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.
• Continuously enhance monitoring strategies, KPIs, and operational efficiency.
• Participate in incident response processes, providing visibility and analysis during critical production events.
