Role Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Test Lead with strong expertise in UiPath automation and deep domain knowledge in Cash Management within the Banking sector . The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading testing efforts, managing team workloads, ensuring quality deliverables, and coordinating with stakeholders to meet project goals.

Key Responsibilities :

• Automation & Domain Expertise :
• Leverage UiPath to automate test processes and workflows.
• Apply deep understanding of Cash Management and banking operations to validate business requirements and test scenarios.
• Team & Task Management :
• Assign tasks to QA team members and manage workload efficiently.
• Monitor team performance and ensure timely completion of testing activities.
• Project Tracking & Coordination :
• Track project milestones, deliverables, and testing progress.
• Coordinate with business users for inputs, reviews, and approvals.
• Requirement Management :
• Keep track of evolving project requirements and ensure test cases are updated accordingly.
• Metrics & Reporting :
• Responsible for metrics measurement and implementation across testing phases.
• Report on testing activities including test case coverage, defect status, and overall quality metrics.
• Defect Management :
• Lead daily defect triage meetings and ensure timely resolution.
• Collaborate with development and business teams to address issues.
• Process Adherence :
• Ensure strict adherence to defined test processes and standards.
• Conduct reviews and audits to maintain quality benchmarks.
