Our platform manages tens of thousands of prescriptions each month across the UK. We don’t provide clinical care ourselves — we build the technology that makes it seamless, safe, and compliant.

We’re now expanding our Pharmacy Operations Support Team in India , and we’re looking for qualified pharmacists who love technology — people who can blend clinical accuracy with digital precision to help our partners use Script Assist to its full potential.

About the Role This is a remote, non-patient-facing role within Script Assist’s B2B Customer Operations team.

You’ll act as a bridge between our technology, our pharmacy partners, and our UK clinical governance team — ensuring prescription workflows, dispensing processes, and operational data are all handled safely, accurately, and efficiently.

You won’t be making clinical decisions or advising patients — you’ll be ensuring that our partners’ data, systems, and processes run perfectly .

Key Responsibilities Review prescription and pharmacy data within the Script Assist platform for accuracy and compliance

Validate that requests, product details, and dosages align with structured SOPs

Support partner pharmacies with technical queries and platform usage

Log, triage, and escalate operational issues or adverse events

Maintain structured records, audit trails, and reporting logs

Collaborate closely with UK operations, product, and clinical governance teams

Contribute feedback to help improve system workflows and automation logic

Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (BPharm or higher)

2+ years’ experience in pharmacy, healthtech operations, or digital healthcare

Excellent written and spoken English

Tech-savvy mindset — confident navigating software systems, dashboards, and structured workflows

Strong attention to detail and data accuracy

Able to follow SOPs and escalation protocols precisely

Comfortable working UK business hours (or night shift equivalent)
