We’re looking for a hands-on and curious intern to join our team. This role offers a unique 360-degree experience into recruitment, onboarding, client interaction, and business growth for our fast-scaling SaaS products. You’ll work closely with internal teams, potential customers, and partners, playing a crucial part in both people and business operations.

Responsibilities :
- Assist in recruitment coordination, onboarding, and employee documentation.
- Support training sessions, induction programs, and internal communication.
- Help manage employee queries, benefits coordination, and HR reports.
- Demonstrate software features and assist in client onboarding.
- Schedule and document calls and meetings across hiring and client demos.
- Collaborate with customer success and HR teams to improve processes.
- Assist with market research, data entry, reporting, and documentation.
Required Skills :
Any degree background : MBA (HR or General Management) preferred.Good written, verbal English and Tamil communication skills are necessary.Strong interpersonal ability to communicate professionally.Interest in SaaS, HR, and customer success with strong execution mindset.Familiar with MS Office tools and CRM basics.Energetic and ready to learn in a fast-paced environment.Freshers and candidates with up to 3 months internship experience welcome.Ready to Join Us?
