Production Process (Nicotine Product)

This role is for a Production Officer / Associate at a nicotine manufacturing plant. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented professional with experience in API manufacturing , responsible for the planning and execution of production batches while ensuring strict adherence to cGMP , safety, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Production Planning & Execution : Plan and execute production batches in line with targeted commitments while complying with cGMP and safety requirements .
• Compliance & Quality Control : Ensure adherence to process instructions as per the Batch Manufacturing Record and maintain good housekeeping.
• Documentation & Reporting : Complete all documentation online, review batch records for adequacy, and report any deviations or incidents immediately.
• Maintenance & Monitoring : Monitor the manufacturing environment, ensure preventive maintenance and calibrations are performed, and conduct sanitization activities.
• Inventory & Storage : Ensure raw materials and intermediates are properly labeled, segregated, and stored under recommended conditions to maintain product quality.
• Cross-functional Collaboration : Support the QA team in investigations related to OOS, deviations, and CAPA, and work with other teams as required.
