At eAppSys, we help businesses streamline HR operations and achieve their workforce goals with Oracle HCM solutions. We are expanding our HCM practice and hiring multiple Fusion HCM Functional Consultants to join our team in Hyderabad.

Role Overview :

We are looking for hands-on HCM consultants with 6–12 years of experience in Fusion HCM implementations, rollouts, and enhancements, ideally with combined Oracle Fusion HCM + EBS exposure. This is a customer-facing, office-based role requiring excellent communication skills, strong domain knowledge, and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders to deliver solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead or contribute to end-to-end Fusion HCM implementations, rollouts, and post-production support
• Configure and deliver solutions for Core HR, Talent, Absence Management, and Compensation (experience with additional HCM modules is a strong plus)
• Gather business requirements, perform gap analysis, and design scalable configurations
• Collaborate with technical teams for reports, integrations, and extensions
• Provide user training, documentation, and change management support
• Ensure high-quality delivery and act as a trusted advisor for customers
