About the Role
We’re looking for a smart, driven, and bold Lead Generation Executive who can fuel our sales pipeline with qualified leads, build strong relationships with prospects, and support our sales team in driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Research, identify, and qualify potential leads using tools like Apollo, Lusha, LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Outplay, and Octopus.
- Build accurate and targeted prospect lists aligned with business objectives.
- Execute email campaigns and outreach sequences via tools like Sendinblue / SendGrid, Zoho Mail, Zapier integrations, etc.
- Manage and update leads in the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and follow-up consistency.
- Set up appointments and meetings for the sales team with decision-makers and senior stakeholders.
- Communicate confidently with clients through calls, emails, and LinkedIn — with a bold, persuasive, and professional tone.
- Work closely with marketing and sales to support demand generation and lead nurturing initiatives.
- Track and report key performance metrics like lead conversion, meeting set-ups, and campaign performance.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in B2B lead generation or inside sales.Strong experience with sales automation and prospecting tools (Apollo, Lusha, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outplay, Octopus, etc.).Familiarity with CRM platforms (Zoho, HubSpot, or similar).Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.Experience in running email marketing campaigns using SendGrid, Zoho Campaigns, or equivalent tools.Confident, proactive, and comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders.A self-starter with a result-oriented approach and attention to detail.Why Join Us
