Senior Interior Designer

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Interior Designer at Seven Eleven Group Of Companies in Mira Bhayandar. The Interior Designer will be responsible for space planning, architecture, construction drawings, interior design, and FF&E to create stunning and functional spaces for our guests.

Lead

the conceptualization and development of interior design concepts, ensuring alignment with client objectives and industry trends

Oversee

the creation of design presentations, mood boards, and 3D renderings to communicate design ideas effectively

Stay

abreast of emerging design trends, materials, and technologies to incorporate into projects

Oversee

all aspects of the design process, from concept development to project completion

Collaborate

with project managers and other stakeholders to integrate interior design seamlessly into overall project objectives

Ensure

the highest standards of design quality and creativity are maintained throughout the design process

Conduct

regular design reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members

Foster

a collaborative and creative work environment, encouraging team members to share ideas and contribute to design solutions

Collaborate

with external vendors, contractors, and consultants to ensure the successful execution of design concepts

Build

and maintain positive relationships with external partners and stakeholders

Must

be able to and Site visit & coordination on regular basis.

Maintain

strong client relationships and seek opportunities for additional projects or services.

Must

be have knowledge of MS word / MS Excel / AutoCAD / Photoshop and Sketch up, BIM will be additional

Source

and select materials, furniture, and decorative items that align with the design vision and budget.

Manage

the project timeline, work with contractors, and ensure the design is implemented accurately.

Develop

cost estimates for different design options and ensure the project stays within the client's budget.

Create

detailed drawings, specifications, and other documentation for contractors and clients.

Qualifications

Architecture and Construction Drawings expertise

Knowledge of FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment)

Strong attention to detail and creativity

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field

Excellent project management skills

15+ years experience in interior designing And execution

Technical proficiency in AUTOCAD & other related software's, Project management

Mumbai Based candidate only.
