About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced IT Operations Manager to lead our infrastructure operations, NOC, data center functions, audiovisual systems, and unified communications. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience from large, global organizations and will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, service reliability, and strong governance across IT operations.

Key Responsibilities :

IT Operations & Infrastructure Management :

• Lead end-to-end IT operations covering infrastructure, network, data center, unified communications, AV, and end-user services.
• Oversee 247 NOC operations, monitoring systems (e.g., METIS or similar platforms), proactive alerting, and real-time incident handling.
• Manage server rooms / data center activities including availability monitoring, capacity management, patching, and preventive maintenance.
• Ensure high availability and performance of global IT systems through strong operational governance.
