The ideal candidate will be responsible for nurturing and growing relationships with our key accounts, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying opportunities for expansion. This role is essential in driving revenue growth and maintaining our competitive edge in the market.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in the assigned region.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts.
  • Act as the main point of contact for key accounts, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to key stakeholders.
  • Monitor account health and performance metrics to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability and customer retention.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1-5 years of experience in account management or sales, preferably in B2B environments.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build effective relationships with clients.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess account performance and identify growth opportunities.
