Job Description

We’re looking for a

Creative Designer (Static + Motion)

who can translate ideas into scroll-stopping visuals.

You’ll design for both

Instagram and Meta ads

— shaping how India’s fastest-growing medical apparel brand shows up to the world.

Your work will span everything from

product storytelling and campaign design

to

motion reels, brand mood boards, and visual experiments

that push what’s possible.

What you will do

Design static creatives for Instagram, website, and ads

Create motion graphics & editing-form video content (Reels, ad animations, product explainers) is a plus but not necessary

Work directly with the founders & creative team to shape campaign ideas

Maintain brand consistency across color, typography, and visual language

Ideate new formats, effects, and storytelling styles that bring the brand to life

What we are looking for

Strong design sense with a passion for clean, modern aesthetics

Proficiency in

Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects , or similar tools

Basic video editing or animation skills (Premiere Pro / CapCut Pro a plus)

Familiarity with Instagram ad formats & motion trends

A creative thinker who thrives in fast, iterative environments

Bonus : Interest in

fashion, technical and performance apparel
