We are seeking a senior internal IT or HR operations professional from the Energy / Utilities sector to review and validate an AI training prompt designed for enterprise internal support agents. The goal is to ensure the prompt accurately reflects real-world IT helpdesk and HR service delivery workflows within large energy organizations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Validate realism and internal consistency of workflows
