We are seeking a Chemistry expert with a PhD degree to join our team in a fully remote, flexible role focused on advancing AI capabilities. Your expertise will play a key role in annotating data and refining AI models using Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF) and Supervised Fine-Tuning (SFT) techniques.
What you will be doing :
- Annotate Chemistry-related data to enhance AI comprehension and accuracy.
- Review and provide feedback on AI-generated responses to ensure scientific correctness.
- Develop problem sets and detailed solutions for AI training purposes.
- Collaborate closely with AI researchers to improve AI performance in Chemistry.
