Job Overview

EIL Global IT Solutions and Services Pvt Ltd is seeking a Senior Manager for Business Analysis in Transaction Banking. This full-time role is based in Bengaluru or Pune and requires a minimum of 7 years of experience. The candidate will play a pivotal role in driving transaction banking solutions, stakeholder management, and digital transformation initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience of at least 7 years in business analysis, focusing on transaction banking and payment solutions.
  • Strong command of stakeholder management, ensuring effective communication between various parties (Mandatory skill).
  • Expertise in transaction banking processes and systems on customer mobile applications, delivering seamless user experiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute digital transformation projects, fostering innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Proficiency in using Agile methodologies and tools like Jira to manage project workflows efficiently.
  • Prior work experience within HSBC, adding value through domain-specific insights into banking operations.
  • Must have skills include transaction banking, payment solutions, and stakeholder management (Mandatory skill).
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, streamlining IT solutions to meet enterprise goals and objectives.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Strong BA skills with good exposure to Payments and Transaction Banking journeys on Customer mobile app.
  • Strong Stakeholder Management, Agile, JIRA, Confluence exposure.
  • Experience of managing stakeholders across multiple geographies.
  • Prior HSBC Experience is a MUST have.
  • Agile / SAFe experience is required.
  • Digital transformation.
  • Lead business analysis activities for transaction banking, enhancing operational workflows and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify requirements, define project scope, and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Drive the development and implementation of mobile app solutions for transaction banking consumers.
  • Utilize Agile methodologies to manage and deliver projects on time, adjusting approaches as necessary.
  • Coordinate with global teams to harness IT infrastructure for digital transformation initiatives.
  • Guide projects involving payment solutions, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client needs.
  • Engage in continuous learning and improvement activities to stay ahead of technological trends and advances.
  • Ensure the deployment of stakeholder management strategies to maximize engagement and project success.
