About the Role

We are looking for a Guidewire Claim Center Data Mapper to support a large-scale claims data migration project from legacy systems to Guidewire Claim Center . The ideal candidate will bring deep knowledge of P&C insurance data structures , advanced SQL skills , and hands-on experience in data mapping, transformation, and validation .

This role requires close collaboration with business users, developers, and QA teams to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance during the migration process.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze legacy system data structures and map them to Guidewire Claim Center data models.

Develop, execute, and validate SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL).

Work with business analysts and technical teams to define and document data mapping rules .

Identify and resolve data discrepancies and ensure accuracy during the migration process.

Support testing teams during data validation and reconciliation phases .

Maintain clear documentation and ensure alignment with project data governance standards.

Requirements

Must-Have Skills

Proven experience with Guidewire Claim Center data model .

Strong hands-on skills in SQL and ETL-based data mapping .

Solid understanding of P&C insurance domain and claims lifecycle.

Experience in data migration projects involving legacy systems.

Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Good-to-Have Skills

Familiarity with Guidewire Cloud Platform and integration patterns .

Experience using JIRA , Confluence , and Agile methodologies .

Exposure to data validation automation and reconciliation frameworks.

Guidewire Certifications (Associate / ACE) preferred.
