Job Description

As an experienced Software Development Engineer at Endian AI, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and deploying software systems with advanced AI capabilities in our in-house tools and for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and Develop Software Solutions : Work with internal product team and / or our clients to design, implement and develop reliable, scalable and efficient enterprise applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
• Full-Stack Development : Work across entire stack of the application include backend, frontend and the AI stack of applications.
• Leverage AI-Powered Tools : Utilize the company’s proprietary AI tools to enhance coding efficiency, automate repetitive tasks, optimize code quality, and streamline the SDLC processes.
• System Integration : Integrate AI into production systems, ensuring scalability and reliability.
• Research & Innovation : Stay current with the latest advancements in machine learning and AI, applying new techniques and methodologies to our projects.
• Open-Source Contribution : Actively contribute to and engage with the open-source community, enhancing both your skills and the community’s resources.
• Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, software developers, and domain experts, to deliver comprehensive solutions.
• Mentorship : Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and learning-oriented environment.
