Comfortable making quick decisions and working in early-stage ambiguity. A proactive problem solver who enjoys wearing multiple hats. Experience at an early or mid-stage startup. Contributions to open-source projects. Curiosity about the startup ecosystem and emerging tech trends. Impact from day one : Build the foundation of a category-defining AI product. Our client is an early-stage, venture-backed startup building an AI-powered Revenue Intelligence platform that solves one of the biggest problems in B2B sales - the inaccuracy of revenue forecasts caused by manual inputs and guesswork.
They are looking for talented engineers in India (remote) who want to help shape a high-impact product from the ground up.
Responsibilities :
- Design, build, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications.
- Lead and mentor other engineers while contributing hands-on code.
- Collaborate closely with founders and product teams to turn ideas into reality.
- Take ownership of end-to-end product development in a fast-paced environment.
- Work with autonomy, experiment rapidly, and drive features from concept to launch.
