About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced

DevOps Architect

who can lead end-to-end DevOps strategy, ensuring scalability, reliability, and observability across complex infrastructure environments. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in

AWS ,

automation scripting , and

private cloud platforms , coupled with excellent

communication

and

client-handling skills .

Key Responsibilities :

Design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient DevOps solutions across multiple environments (AWS & private cloud).

Manage

CI / CD pipelines ,

change management , and

observability frameworks .

Collaborate closely with clients to gather requirements, provide technical solutions, and ensure delivery excellence.

Oversee

resource planning and team coordination

to ensure timely project execution.

Implement monitoring, alerting, and logging strategies using modern observability tools.

Maintain and improve infrastructure automation through

Bash

and

Python

scripting.

Ensure adherence to best practices in configuration management, system security, and cost optimization.

Troubleshoot networking issues and provide support for infrastructure-related challenges.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

8+ years of hands-on experience in

DevOps , including architecture and implementation.

Strong working knowledge of

AWS

(EC2, IAM, CloudFormation, Lambda, etc.) and

private cloud environments .

Proficiency in

Bash

and

Python

scripting for automation and testing.

Familiarity with

networking fundamentals

(DNS, VPN, Load Balancers, etc.).

Experience in

change management ,

resource handling , and

client communication .

Hands-on experience with

observability tools

(Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, or similar).

Good understanding of

containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)

and CI / CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.).

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Nice to Have : Exposure to

Terraform ,

Ansible , or other Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.

Experience with

security best practices

and

compliance frameworks .

Knowledge of

DevSecOps

or

Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)

concepts.
