We are seeking a

highly skilled Magento 2 Developer

to join our offshore development team. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in

Magento 2, PHP, and modern eCommerce practices , along with excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, customize, and maintain

Magento 2-based eCommerce applications .

Design and implement new

features and functionality

based on business requirements.

Build and integrate

REST

and

GraphQL APIs

for external system communication.

Participate in

code reviews

and maintain high standards of code quality.

Collaborate with

QA

and

Project Management

teams to ensure successful delivery.

Ensure

secure, scalable, and high-performance

eCommerce solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

6–8 years

of professional web development experience, with at least

5 years in Magento 2 .

Strong knowledge of

PHP

and

MySQL .

Solid understanding of

Magento 2 architecture , module development, and theme customization.

Experience with

REST

and

GraphQL APIs

in Magento 2.

Proficiency in

Elasticsearch / OpenSearch

for product search optimization.

Hands-on experience with

Git

(version control) and

Docker

(containerization).

Strong grasp of

OOP principles , design patterns, and Magento coding standards.

Good knowledge of

JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3 .

Experience with

Adobe Commerce Cloud (Magento Commerce Cloud)

is a plus.

Familiarity with

unit testing frameworks (PHPUnit)

is a bonus.

Basic understanding of

Linux commands

and server environments.

Knowledge of

eCommerce business models and workflows .

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to

troubleshoot complex issues .
