Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Project Management :

Lead end-to-end delivery of network and security projects (Juniper WAN / LAN / MIST / SRX, Aruba LAN, Cisco LAN, Cisco ISE).

Define project scope, goals, and deliverables with stakeholders.

Develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.

Track progress, manage risks, and ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.

Technical Leadership :

Guide and mentor network engineers, security analysts, and architects.

Validate technical designs, implementation plans, and change requests.

Ensure compliance with best practices and security standards.

Customer Engagement :

Act as the primary technical liaison between clients and internal teams.

Conduct status meetings, presentations, and executive updates.

Maintain high levels of client satisfaction.

Stakeholder Management :

Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Pre-Sales, Operations, Support) to align project goals.

Proactively escalate and resolve project risks and blockers.

Documentation & Reporting :

Maintain detailed documentation (SoWs, runbooks, post-implementation reports).

Provide regular reports on project health, KPIs, and progress.

Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience in

Network Project Management

and

IT Infrastructure Delivery .

Strong understanding of

LAN / WAN, SD-WAN, routing, and switching .

Knowledge of tools like

MS Project, JIRA, and ServiceNow .

Certifications such as

PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile

are a plus.

Excellent

communication, leadership, and stakeholder management

skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in

Computer Science, Engineering, or related field .

Certifications such as

Juniper JUNOS, MIST, or equivalent

are advantageous.
