Workday Developer

Job descriptionProvide ongoing production support for Workday to aPay integration. Support annual ANZ compliance training initiatives. Assist in Workday redesign efforts. Manage and resolve items in our product backlog, including production support tasks. Attend ANZ meetings when needed; document and share clear meeting minutes and outcomes. Represent IT in the weekly HR Tech ANZ meetings.
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with PECI, XML, XSLT, and Workday Studio.
- Proficiency in Workday Integrations, including Studio, EIB, connectors, and Extend.
- Solid understanding of Workday Reporting.
- Ability to attend meetings, gather technical requirements, and document them effectively.
- Support bi-annual Workday release activities as required.
- Availability to overlap working hours with both EST (Eastern Standard Time) and AUS (Australia) time zones.
