Job description
  • Working with a team of 4-5 ISU FICA Functional Consultants
  • Handling of Incident and Change Request
  • Familiar with SLA
  • Working with deadlines
  • Co-ordination with Offshore team and interaction with Customers
  • Delivery within budget

    • Candidate should have work experience of at least 1 Support / Maintenance Project and at least 1 Development Project as ISU FICA Functional Consultant.

    The detailed configuration of the following FI-CA components :

    • Dunning
    • Payments (including Cash Desk and Returns)
    • Account Determination
    • Settlement / Clearing Rules
    • Collection Agencies
    • Write-Offs / Value Adjustments
    • Refunds
    • Security Deposits
    • Instalment Plans
    • BRF+ Dunning will be an added advantage
    • Life Cycle of an Open items
    • Payment Plan Knowledge
    • Tax
    • Knowledge of Batch jobs
    • Knowledge of Interface to Payment Gateways
