/ We are seeking a highly capable and experienced Executive Assistantto the CEO to provide strategic and administrative support. This role requires excellent organizational skills, a high level of discretion, and the ability to manage a broad range ofresponsibilities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The EA will serve as a trusted partner, ensuring the CEO's time is optimized and operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage the CEOs calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements with precision.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents for internal and external meetings.
• Handle confidential correspondence and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal / external stakeholders.
• Track key business priorities and assist with project management tasks.
• Supportin strategic planning and execution of CEOs initiatives.
• Coordinate logistics for board meetings, leadership off-sites, and corporate events.
• Draft high-quality communications on behalf of the CEO.
