Role : YugabyteDB + Neo4j Specialist

Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Database Specialist with strong expertise in YugabyteDB and Neo4j to design, develop, and optimize data solutions that span both distributed SQL and graph paradigms. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical knowledge in database architecture, performance tuning, and system scalability.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and optimize database solutions using YugabyteDB (distributed SQL) and Neo4j (graph database).
• Model and manage data across relational and graph structures to support complex use cases.
• Implement clustering, replication, high availability (HA), and disaster recovery setups.
• Perform query optimization, indexing, and performance tuning to ensure system efficiency.
• Integrate database systems with microservices, APIs, and data pipelines.
• Troubleshoot database issues and plan for scaling and capacity management.
• Ensure security, reliability, and consistency across distributed environments.
• Collaborate with application and DevOps teams to streamline deployments and operations.
