Key Responsibilities
Conduct training modules for Agent Advisors and ADMs
- Conducting induction and on-boarding training programs
- Training on selling skills
- Training on all MLI Insurance products and processes
- Training on all MLI Digital tools and Assets
- All other training programs as outlined in the Agent and ADM learning journey
- Conducting GID s and IID s
- Conducting PRP and FOD as and when required
Conducting training in blended delivery format
Delivering training in accordance with the learning journey design and blended delivery format - classroom training and / or virtual trainingsDeveloping facilitation skills and virtual delivery skills to ensure seamless training delivery across all sessionsAdministrative
