Job Type: Full-time, Target-based

Fixed salary along with variable pay based on targets

Business Development Associate plays a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships

with our clients in the field. Business Development Associate need to ensure the customer satisfaction

and youll also organize property photo shoots, handle key collections and returns, and meet monthly

targets for client conversions and service sales with rotational week-offs. (Monday to Thursday).

Duties and responsibilities

Meeting prospective clients to close property deals on field.

Meeting monthly targets for revenue.

Client Servicing: Managing paid owners/sellers/tenants and provide NB services to them.

Client Relationship: Build and maintain connections with property owners, sellers, and tenants.
