Job Description
- Boomi Integration Analyst (L3-Support)
- 5 to 9 years of experience in integration support, with at least 3-4 years in a Dell Boomi L3 support role.
- Provide Level 3 support for Dell Boomi integrations, handling complex incidents, root cause analysis, and long-term resolution strategies.
- Monitor and maintain Boomi processes, ensuring uptime, performance, and data integrity across integrations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve critical integration failures, including API errors, data mapping issues, and connector failures.
- Collaborate with L1 / L2 support teams, developers, and business stakeholders to escalate and resolve persistent or high-impact issues.
- Analyze logs and system metrics to proactively identify potential issues and performance bottlenecks.
- Implement fixes and enhancements to existing integrations, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Maintain documentation for support procedures, known issues, and resolution steps.
- Participate in on-call rotations and provide after-hours support when necessary.
Required Skills :
Expertise in Dell Boomi AtomSphere, including process design, deployment, and troubleshooting.Strong understanding of integration patterns, middleware concepts, and API management.Proficiency in data formats such as XML, JSON, EDI (X12, EDIFACT), and flat files.Experience with B2B integrations, including partner onboarding and communication protocols (AS2, SFTP, HTTPS).Familiarity with enterprise systems like SAP, Salesforce, NetSuite, Workday, etc.Knowledge of monitoring tools and performance tuning techniques.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.Experience : 05 to 9 years
