Job Summary :

Neotas is seeking an accomplished and strategic DevOps Head with 10 to 13 years of experience in DevOps and infrastructure to lead our remote operations.

This senior leadership role demands proven experience in defining and executing a comprehensive DevOps strategy and roadmap across a multi-cloud environment.

The Head will be accountable for architecting, building, and operating highly scalable infrastructure, leading containerization efforts, driving security and compliance (ISO 27001, GDPR), and ensuring excellence in CI / CD, monitoring, and disaster recovery.

Key Responsibilities :

DevOps Strategy, Leadership, and Governance :

• Define and execute the overall DevOps strategy and technical roadmap, ensuring alignment with organizational goals for scalability, resilience, and operational efficiency.
• Provide strategic team leadership and technical guidance to the engineering teams, fostering a culture of automation, reliability, and continuous improvement.
• Drive robust security and compliance initiatives across the infrastructure, specifically ensuring adherence to standards like ISO 27001 and GDPR.
