About the Role

We’re looking for a data-driven HubSpot Operations Specialist who thrives at the intersection of technology, automation, and growth operations.

You’ll own the end-to-end HubSpot ecosystem at Supy , ensuring it’s optimized, clean, and fully aligned with our go-to-market strategy.

If you love automating workflows, optimizing CRM data, and enabling sales and marketing teams to operate seamlessly — this is your role.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and optimize Supy’s HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, and Operations Hub setup.
• Build, automate, and maintain workflows, lead scoring, and lifecycle processes .
• Ensure data hygiene, structure, and consistency across the entire HubSpot environment.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that power revenue and marketing insights.
• Oversee HubSpot integrations with tools like Salesforce, Zapier, Slack, and Google Workspace.
• Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to drive CRM alignment and automation .
• Identify system gaps and recommend process improvements to boost team efficiency.
• Stay up to date on HubSpot updates, tools, and best practices — training teams when needed.

What We’re Looking For

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field (required)

✅ 3+ years of hands-on HubSpot experience (CRM, Marketing Hub, and / or Operations Hub)

✅ Strong technical understanding of data structures, workflows, and integrations

✅ Proven success in automation, data analysis, and CRM optimization

✅ Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills

✅ HubSpot Certifications (Operations Hub, CRM Implementation, etc.) are a plus

✅ Experience working in SaaS, B2B, or tech-driven environments preferred
