- Work experience as an HR Admin experience, HR Administrative Assistant or similar role. Freshers can also apply
- Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
- Basic knowledge of labor legislation
- Experience using MS Office, especially Excel, word and PowerPoint
