Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant at Amit Enterprises Housing Ltd, located in Pune. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to executives, managing expense reports, handling executive correspondence, and assisting with communication tasks. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance skills
• Experience in managing expense reports
• Executive Support experience
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Experience in the real estate or construction industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
