Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Laundry Manager based in Bengaluru. The Laundry Manager will oversee day-to-day laundry operations, including supervising staff, maintaining quality, and ensuring efficient service delivery. Responsibilities include managing laundry services, optimizing workflow, maintaining inventory, and adhering to budgets while ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves close coordination with other hotel departments to meet operational goals and deliver an excellent guest experience.

Qualifications

• Supervisory Skills : Ability to manage, train, and motivate a team effectively
• Laundry Services : Proficiency in managing and delivering high-quality laundry operations
• Budgeting : Experience in cost control and managing departmental budgets efficiently
• Customer Service : Strong focus on meeting and exceeding guest expectations
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Working experience & knowledge in Hotel / Hospitality is imperative
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
