Job descriptionAnalyze business processes and translate requirements into SAP system solutions. Configure, test, and implement SAP modules (e.g., HCM, FI / CO, MM, Basis / Technical). Provide day-to-day SAP support and ensure timely issue resolution. Participate in SAP upgrade, migration, and integration initiatives. Deliver end-user training and promote effective adoption of SAP functionalities. Prepare functional documentation including specifications, test scripts, and training materials. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system alignment with business needs. Ensure SAP system compliance with SILs policies, standards, and security protocols. Monitor system performance and recommend improvements. Perform additional duties as required to fulfill the role effectively. Criteria : Education : Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related Certification : SAP HCM certification Experience : Proven track record in SAP implementation, configuration, and support Projects : Exposure to upgrades, migrations, and integrations is an advantage Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills Quick learner with ability to adapt to evolving job requirements Resilience under pressure and flexibility to work during non-standard hours Self-driven and capable of working independently or within collaborative teams Willingness to travel internationally (Mauritius) for project assignments Customer service orientation with tactful negotiation skills
