Role Summary
Academic operations role and student lifecycle for online programs, support curriculum and product delivery, ensure regulatory compliance, and leverage LMS and data analytics to enhance learning outcomes. Collaborate on AI-driven academic initiatives and help launch market-relevant credentials.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day academic operations and end-to-end student lifecycle (admission to alumni).
Support design and launch of degrees, diplomas, certificates, and micro-credentials aligned with industry needs.
Assist curriculum development aligned to OBE, NEP 2020, and future-ready skills integration.
Manage LMS platforms (Canvas, Blackboard, Moodle, etc.) for content delivery, proctoring, and analytics.
Ensure compliance with UGC / AICTE / DEB and support accreditation processes (NAAC, DEAC, QS).
Coordinate digital content creation and support faculty in adopting digital pedagogy.
Support AI-powered academic projects and maintain BI dashboards for decision-making.
Facilitate partnerships for placements, internships, and certification pathways.
Collaborate in a fast-paced EdTech environment with minimal supervision.
Qualifications & Experience
Master’s degree preferred.
5-7 years in higher education operations, EdTech, or online program management.
Experience with LMS platforms and analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, SQL).
Knowledge of UGC / AICTE / DEB compliance and accreditation standards.
Basic understanding of AI in education is a plus.
Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.
