SAP ABAP / HR Consultant

Job Description :

We are looking for a skilled SAP ABAP HR Consultant with strong technical expertise and hands-on experience in HR and Payroll modules. The ideal candidate should be able to design, develop, and support solutions in ABAP HR, ensuring quality and efficiency in project Responsibilities :

• Develop and support applications in the ABAP HR module.
• Work with Enhancement Framework, BADIs, Interactive Reporting, and OOPs Concepts.
• Design and implement Object-Oriented ABAP, reports, and interface programming.
• Create Global Classes and Methods as per client requirements.
• Collaborate with functional consultants to deliver effective HR and Payroll solutions.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues.
• Prepare and validate technical specifications.
• Provide support for Time Management and Payroll-related Skills & Experience :
• 4+ years of experience in SAP ABAP HR development.
• Strong expertise in Payroll, Reports, OOPs, and Time Management (Mandatory).
• Knowledge of SAP HANA and BTP framework is an added advantage.
• Good debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Strong logical and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
